The company first built trust through Roseate Homes on Ghazipur Road, Zirakpur, off the Ambala Chandigarh Expressway. Roseate Homes was RERA registered under PBRERA-SAS79-PR0755. The project gave buyers 100% RCC frame structure, central air conditioning provision, high speed internet, treated water, advanced CCTV, kids play areas and central green zones. Its completion was confirmed in May 2025, with possession noted as May 2024 / 2025.

Now Rosero Infra LLP is developing Rosero Elena at Singhpura, Zirakpur. It is RERA registered under PBRERA-SAS79-PR1134. The project offers 3 BHK apartments with 100% RCC Mivan construction, low density living and maximum green space. Possession is planned for April 2028.

    Yes. Rosero Elena is registered with the Punjab Real Estate Regulatory Authority under RERA number PBRERA-SAS79-PR1134. This gives buyers legal protection.
