Developer Info

MB Infrabuild Private Limited was incorporated on 5 December 2011 in New Delhi by Manmohan Garg. He is a civil engineer. The company was formed with a clear vision. It wanted to develop residential and commercial projects that become quality benchmarks across Asia.  
The company purchased 7.12 acres in Sector 65, Mohali, directly from GMADA through a public auction. This ensured government-backed land title from day one. It also secured adjacency to the GMADA operated Mohali Golf Range. No competing project in the area can replicate this advantage.  
Beverly Golf Avenue is MB Infrabuild’s first project outside the National Capital Region. Its professional team reflects that ambition. Hafeez Contractor designed the architecture. He is a Padma Bhushan awardee. Green Scape Alliance handled the landscaping. GSA is affiliated with LSG Landscape Architecture in Virginia, USA. Gian P Mathur and Associates Pvt. Ltd. managed the structural engineering. GPMA has 36 plus years of experience across three generations.  
The group’s prior deliveries include GD Goenka Public School in Rohini, New Delhi, and Divine City in Sonepat, Haryana. Divine City is an integrated township. Both projects were completed on time and to specification. These projects gave MB Infrabuild the operational strength behind Beverly Golf Avenue.  
The company’s Mohali entry is a long-term position in the Tricity growth corridor. GMADA is developing adjacent sectors. IT City is expanding. The scarcity premium of a golf range adjacent address will only grow.
